Tiny marks on the front collar and white stains on the letters. 1994 Rose Bowl was a college football bowl game played on January 1, 1994, at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. It featured the Wisconsin Badgers of the Big Ten Conference and the UCLA Bruins of the Pac-10 Conference. Wisconsin won the game 21–16, securing its first Rose Bowl victory in four appearances and ending a 31-year drought since its last appearance in 1963
