We are happy to announce that you will soon be able to digitally register a return of your retired garments directly through our web store.

This fall you can register your retired product through a simple form and receive a return label and store-credit directly.

There comes a stage in a garment’s life where the product no longer offers any use. It might have become so worn out that more repairs won’t help, or maybe it just doesn’t fit anymore.

To ensure that our products offer as much value as possible throughout their life cycle, we introduced our Saved initiative.

No matter the reason, or the state of the garment, customers can return their garments to us when they no longer are desirable.

Products that can find new life are repaired and sold to new customers in our vintage departments. Products that are beyond repair are used as a source of fabric to repair other garments. Remaining fabric cuttings and unusable parts are sent for recycling.
